Tire size and towing

Thinking about going with another 6.4 Hemi w/ 4.10s for my 2023 due to the pricing. I'd be looking at doing a 3" lift with rear blocks and going with 22x10 -18s on 35s. I tow 2-4 times per week for work and a fairly heavy 24' enclosed trailer with a total weight of 8k-10k lbs. Thoughts on this setup or would you go Cummins?

4.10 and oversize tires will give you a pretty good MPG hit I would think.
