Torque specs needed!

I have a 2004 dodge 1500 pickup with a 3.7 v6, 5 speed manual transmission. I'd appreciate it if anyone could tell me the torque for my clutch pressure plate/flywheel, I cannot find the answer anywhere online.

Also, what kind of fluid does the transmission take?
