Tow mirror question

I was wondering if a 05 2500 cummins tow mirrors will fit my 02 (3rd gen style) 1500 truck? I have heated and power mirrors and found a guy selling this tow mirrors from his truck that are heated and power for $200 that I'd like to get.

Yup they will fit. Same 3 bolt mount with a clip for power across the board.
