My brother in law just bought a new 2020 1500 4WD Ram and towed his 25 foot pop up camper halfway across the country and back and said his rear ended was sagging slightly. Can anyone recommend a tried and true fix for this? He was thinking about adding air bags or shocks?

If the trailer is under 5K loaded, then air bags. If it's over 5K he'll want to get a WDH. He could use a WDH of the trailer under that too, but the tongue weight isn't all that much.

Yep, exactly what I did......installed Firestone airbags on small trailers with minimal tounge weight.

Current 30 footer with 800lb tounge has Reese DC wdh.

Both serve the purpose.

A slight sag is normal. You need some weight on the rear of the truck. So many folks think truck and trailer need to be exactly level but handling is not as good.
