TPMS reprogram

So, Iv been working with CJC OffRoad and they suggested the AEV Procal unit to change setting including TPMS. Unfortunatly it appears someone with the ability to input the PIN for the car would need to finalize the change. Dealers appear unable/unwilling to do this. Does anyone in the SoCal area know of a Dealer or someone that can complete this?

All i want to do is set my TPMS to 65
