Still learning how to operate my Ram 1500.
Yesterday I had to pick up my neighbor off a steep dirt road. I'm of the mind use it or lose it. So I engage 4x4 when I can. Very steep and the power cut off momentarily when the wheels slightly slipped. Never experienced that with my former Toyota FJ. Looked into it this morning and found out that disabling the traction control only about 50% is disabled. To press and hold the traction control for about 5 seconds100% disables the TC. Lots and lots of features built into the truck.
