Personally I think the Rebel is so cheesy.

Ditto!

Hec I honestly wouldn't take it for free...

Not sure I'd go quite that far. But I would consider claiming that statement if it meant having to keep and drive it. Personally, the grill and tailgate are deal breakers for me. Otherwise I would consider it.

Kind of summarizing the gist of what a lot of others have had to say:

  • First you have to decide if you actually prefer the Rebel over the Sport. Remember that the Sport is available with Air Suspension, and it is easily (and cheaply) adjustable to +1, +2" over stock. And likewise easy to "level" at whatever rake you prefer.
  • If all you care about is monthly payment. make sure you're educated as to what that means. If you had one option of $100/month for a tricked out Rebel or $200/month for a bare bones V6 Tradesman - what would you take? Now suppose I told you that the $100/month was for 20 years and the $200/month was for 1 year? Monthly payment really doesn't mean much.

I say Rebel...then again...I am biast.

BTW whoever sais it's all fake must only be talking about the hood. The front bumper is steel...not plastic...thin yes but still steel. Powder coated rear bumper, off-road tires, Shocks skid plates. It's built to handle Trails the wilderness and still have an amazing interior and comfort.

I love mine and plan on keeping it for a long time, unless I decide to go with a power wagon. BTW you can fit 315/70r17 tires on it no problem. This is at off-road but no rub in normal. If you like it get it...you only live once.
