It comes with the hardware. I cursed it for a long time, ended up leaving one fastener out and I'm not one bit concerned.

It seems like it doesn't come with screws for just the bracket that's why I'm a bit lost as I am unable to find the sizing for them

I had the same issue. Without taking the entire dash apart, there is no way to get to the 3rd screw. I fought with it for hours until I gave up.

Mine wears a big heavy duty cable tie where the 3rd screw should be.

What I should have done is put a rivnut in bracket hole that 3rd elusive screw goes thru and access the screw head from the other side of the dash frame w/ the radio out. If I recall correctly, I could access it like that.
