Hi guys, My Names Josh and I'm new to this site.
Picked up a 98 dodge ram 1500 4x4 lifted 3 inches 8 ft bed 33's running lights around the entire thing. Will have to post a pic when i can to show you guys.
My issue is i cannot pass ny state inspection because i was told it will fail inspection due to the tranny codes. I have tranny codes because i have a nv3500 swapped in and they got rid of the blown out auto tranny. I was told i need to replace the computer to a manual transmission computer/ ecu. I cannot find one anywhere for the life of me. I only have 4 tranny codes. used to have 8. is there anything i can do to bypass it or permenatly fix it so i can pass innspection. I miss driving this truck and i love the thing. thanks guys need some help.
