What is all involved with swapping an automatic transmission to a standard?

not much if you get a donor truck. transmission, clutch, flywheel, ecu, different crank position sensor, pedals, master cylinder and lines, wiring the neutral safety switch to the clutch switch (if wanted)

Have donor truck, can pull motor and teams in 1 shot. I don't if I'd have to change computer too.

What's your current motor and what are you putting in? Both trans and motor or just trans? 1500 or 2500 donor?

I have a '99 2500 with a V10 automatic, thinking of dropping in a '94 V10 with a manual trans

You're gonna have problems with tune fact that the trans and new motor are obd1and your truck is obd2. Unless your motor is junk, prob better off keeping the 99 motor and converting the trans to obd2. I'm not sure what all that entails though. Could be as easy as sensors but i can't be sure
