Trans slipping or bad ABS ?

Truck is acting like the trans is slipping, but only sometimes, could this be due to a something wrong with the abs, soemtimes the abs light comes on but only for a second

When was the last transmission fluid & filter change?

EDIT** and when was the last brake fluid flush & fill done?
