Transmission Problem?

Hi All,

I have a 2005 1500 5.7 Hemi with about 160k on it. I don't think the trans has ever had a rebuild. I have two issues that I think are seperate.

1. I have a decent amount of power loss right around 50mph and going up any hill. Seems to shift fine, but does not like being in that specific gear or climbing any hills at all. Seems a bit sluggish all around and from a stop too. I have already checked the cats/exhaust and throttle body.
2. While at a stop and release the brakes the car rocks forward slowly or "bounces" a bit does not gradually move forward.

Any help would be appreciated, hope I posted this in the right place. Apologies if not.
