Transmission question

I have a 08 Mega cab 1500 with a Hemi and was wondering if I could drop a manual 5 in it and it work.

Some other guy posted a thread on this other day. Answer: yes. Difficulty: depends on your ability and your wallet. Requires lots of work arounds. Look under General or engine and performance for the thread. Good info in there.

Thanks for the advice! The guy has everything to go with the transmission. He is selling it for about $500. But what I am concerned about is that it came out of a Chevy with a V6. He thinks it will work but I'm not so sure about it.

A stick trans from a chevy v6 and you want to put it in a long 2500 behind a decent v8? I wouldn't...
