I have a 07 Mega cab 1500 what wire can color is hot with the markers on to illuminate to light the gauge when the headlights are on? Does anyone have the wiring diagram handy or know which wire.

Here is the connector pinout for the headlamp switch. The headlamp switch is the one at the bottom of the page. IIRC, you will want to test Pin #1 WT/LG for power when you turn the lights on and off but I think Pin #1 White/Light Green wire is correct. Screenshot_20200114-105148.png

I don't believe that it will turn off the power because that wire is the headlamp switch signal wire. That can't be shut down or the lamps will go out period.

Followed your lead.... no 12v comes off either of the wh/lg wires.. this is a bus system so guess i need to go out front for a true 12v supply. I verified with a test light at the Headlight switch and used same ground and I have 12v at the pedal adjustment switch.

genos garage reccomends using the dimmer signal circuit which is the og/br wiring

Pin 4 or/br at the headlight switch is the circuit to illuminate the gauge
