I have a 2019 ram 1500 classic
Check engine light came the code was po733 incorrect gear ratio 3rd gear dealer did a relearn kinda fixed the issue but still have an bump going into 3rd gear but fluid heats up gears are fine dealer said I need a new tranny. But now I have no reverse on truck any suggestion as to cause and suggestion on fixes

How have you been driving it (hauling, towing, etc.?)

109 thousand km and no haven't been hauling nothing except my golf.clubs
