Tried to pull code and then truck wouldn't start

Hi All,

CEL came on.
Attempted to pull code (AutoZone), could not successfully download code(s).
AZ tech said to try and start with code reader plugged in.
Wouldn't start after that.

Finally started after code reader was again plugged in. Now has died multiple times and will not start.

Thoughts???

First things first,
Auto Zone tech < no such thing. [emoji41]

If you can't get the codes, cycle the key from off-on 3 times and the odometer will read codes if you have digital. Then look em up on here
