Hey guys,
Any ideas where to start? I had the alignment done and the steering wheel is not straight however the truck pulls to the left when accelerating?? When I let off the gas the truck levels back out..

I'd jack up the rear end and check for any part of the suspension loose, the rear axle might be shifting.

Depending on the age and mileage on your Ram I would replace the rubber brake hoses for the front calipers. You might have a brake hose that has slightly collapsed causing the calipers not to fully release. Or it might be as simple as rusty caliper bolts. Years ago my 2001 Dakota had issues with the front brake hoses and calipers. First it was the drivers side and then the passenger side within a couple of months of each other.

If it's the brakes, I would expect to right side rotor to be WAY hotter than the left after normal driving / braking.

How many miles on your truck? Is it 4wd or 2wd? If it's 4wd then check the right cv joint for binding. Also check the wheel bearing for binding or play.

Rear control arm bushings . Upgrade when you change them ,the ones for the gladiator are the same size. Lots of different brands to check out.

I have a 2018 ram 2500 that has a bad pull to the right. I took it into a body shop and had them measure it and it has a twisted frame. I bought my truck brand new and have had the issue since day one. Now the truck is deemed unsafe to drive so I am getting a lawyer. Anyone who has had the same issue should let me know so the lawyer can bring up a class action suit.

I have a similar problem, I’ve read your threads and went underneath and found this hanging by the front drivers side CV axle. What is it ? Can anyone identify this please. It’s a 2019 ram 3500 box truck. And also a piece of string or something wrapped around the brake caliper (photo#2)

Looks like your wheel speed sensor was pulled out of its home by that string. Look at the other side of axle for its proper location.

CRASH, years ago, I had an old SS with the 396 that had a bad motor mount. When accelerating, the engine would arch and the front end would pull. ANY possible way something like that happening to these modern rolling computers? Just thinking outside the box.

I thought Motor Mount too, ( i'm thinking '57 Plymouth )

Image #1 sure looks like part of a Wheel Speed Sensor
Image #2 looks like someone tied the Caliper up & out of the way, while doing a brake job & they just cut the line to remount the caliper
or
they tied something else up out of the way & fastened that to the caliper
