I*want to run true duels under my truck. What would you suggest I do? I want it loud and I was going to buy the cherry bomb extreme kit but I don't kno what I should do with the cat. Should I run one cat with two pipes going in and two going out or should I have two seperate cats? What would be a good brand to buy?

If you need the cat, don't do true duals.

Get an off road y-pipe, a universal cat, and have the appropriate bungs welded into the y-pipe. Then run a muffler and if you want duals, go with muffler back.

If you like it loud, want a great aggressive sound, improved fuel economy, more horsepower and torque, then go with headers into 2" pipes all the way to the rear bumper with no cats or mufflers at all. You'll save a lot cause you'll only pay for the pipes and bending, and if you're like me, you'll love it when everyone always says, "Holy s**t, that sounds awesome, what exhaust are you running?" and see the look on their faces when you tell 'em it's just straight pipe. Personally, I live in Florida where there are no inspections or emission checks, but, I've always run no mufflers or cats in every state I've ever lived in regardless. If the government wants to tell me what I can run or not run on my personal vehicle, then I'll listen when the government starts to pay for the fuel and insurance for my vehicle.

I just called my "mechanic" and he said he pass me with out them so besides the 2inch pipe what sixe pipe would the headers be? Or would it just be the same one that fits on it? Should I do a X-pipe? Or what? Will it effect my back pressure?

Here is the dealio: Just because your mechanic will pass you doesn't mean other folks will. That could pose a problem later on.
As for the x-pipe and the O2 sensor, you put the O2 sensor in the x-pipe, that way everything is up nice and close where it needs to be and the O2 sensor is getting a good read for the PCM.

Actually, if you use longtube headers, you can buy header collectors that have an O2 sensor fitting built into them, and simply use that for the sensor(s). I went with shorty headers that connected to my stock exhaust headpipes, so i had an O2 sensor **** welded into each exhaust pipe where it connected to the headpipe. This was so I could retain the headpipes that both ran over to the passenger side of the truck so that I could run both exhaust pipes tucked up in the channel in the undercarriage where the stock single exhaust was. So I have true duals with straight pipe, but they both exit on the passenger's side in the same place as the stock exhaust, and everything is tucked up neatly under the vehicle where it should be to avoid any clearance issues when offroading.
