Had my truck checked under the recall last year for the turn signals and all was OK. Apparently that’s no guarantee it wouldn’t happen 9 months down the road as the left signal is refusing to cancel about half of the time. Is this a pretty simple, 1 hour visit to the dealer to replace the module or something more complicated? Guess I better call to make sure they have parts on hand and it isn’t one of those 3 months backorder deals.

Probably just as well I didn’t get any responses to this and never got around to contacting the dealer for an appointment. After acting up for about 6 weeks it seems to have cured itself and is back to normal self-canceling for the last couple of weeks.

Will not stay fixed for long. I had the same issue, did the Recall and it worked for them. Worked for me for about two weeks. Then back to not canceling.

Took it back in, they replaced the entire turn signaling gear under warranty.

I took it in for the recall last fall. But it didn’t seem they did anything further than just check to see they worked. I asked the service manager what they did and he opened the door, flicked the lever off and on and he said, just this - if it works, it works. Yeah, at the time. I don’t know if he was just being a smart ass or what.

They did the exact same thing to mine. Turned it on and off 30 times.

I could have done that, and saved a trip to the dealership.
