Uconnect 5 2015 Ram 1500 Bighorn

2015 RAM 1500 5.7 Bighorn, I just just installed the UBD uconnect 5 radio from infotainment with their auto AC kit . My original screen was a 5 inch RA2. The radio itself is fantastic I want to keep this radio but I have 2 main concerns , no matter what I do the AC compressor is on anytime I have the climate control off in any setting issue 2 all temps on the radio are in Celsius I have tried every option in Alfa to fix it the closest I have gotten is the units menu option but when I select F it always reverts back to Celsius. Anyway I know I need to get a humidity sensor to fix the AC compressor issue and I was wondering if someone knows the exact procedures and parts I need to do this so I can keep my uconnect 5 . Infotainment hasn't really helped as far as technical experience but they have been shotgunning parts to try and solve the issue but to no avail . Please advise on the humanity sensor install I do not have one installed or the rain sensor . Thanks for reading this long ass post.
