Hi all - I've owned my 2015 1500 Laramie Crew Cab since 2017, but I've never been active in any forums. I've tried searching here and across the internet for answers to my question or to find others having the same issue, but with no luck. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!

Uconnect 8.4, version 18.11.07
Google Pixel 8, always up-to-date

In the last ~6 months or so, my phone has been behaving weirdly with my truck over bluetooth. When playing audio, it has generally stopped showing the artist, album, or duration of the song, though reliably shows the song title. And when I try to make a phone call, it seems to pick up and drop the call at frequent intervals (~30-60 seconds), sending it back to my phone and then reconnecting to BT audio. It's to the point where I don't want to make calls while driving anymore, which is a problem. On the truck and on my phone, I have forgotten/deleted the BT connection and then re-added the devices back to each other, but that hasn't changed the behavior at all.

Two pictures attached, of an audiobook and a song playing. Today is decided to show the band name (The Wilder Blue) in addition to the song title. There also used to be a bar of above the "unknown" album title showing the length of the song and how much of it had already elapsed.

Has anyone experienced or solved this issue?

Despite living in Houston, I don't have any interactions with a dealer. I'd be open to recommendations on good ones. My last interactions were with Helfman and they told me that for anything but an oil change, I'd just have to drop the truck off and leave it there indefinitely until they could look at it. I don't have the luxury of just leaving my truck lying around there and going without it for an uncertain number of days.

Thank you!

Bump in case it helps visibility!
This might not/probably won't apply to you since mine is a 2018 with Android Auto/Carplay, but within the past couple of weeks, when I go to listen to Youtube Music using AA, there is no sound. I have to unplug/re-plug in my phone several times to get sound out of it.
