Uconnect app not working

Hi I'm new here. I'm at my the end of my patience with this. Been dealing with this 6 months. My lock unlock, remote start, or horn lights don't work on my truck. But I can see my gas level, tire pressure, oil life, and miles. Using the app.

What device are you using? If it’s iphone there’s two different apps out there. Make sure you have the newer version, uconnect with the blue icon.

Assuming your connected services account is up to date, are you able to issue remote operation commands from the Mopar website, either desktop or mobile?

I'm up to date, truck, phone, and app. I have not tried to use it on the computer. I did not think that was possible. I will look into that. The Uconnect people told me to do a test of the emergency button. Pushed the button and told the operator to do a test of the system. My truck is not reporting any location info of my truck. Here ware it gets bad, the emergency call system would not shut off. It keeps calling and calling would not shut down . Then I get a call from my local sheriff to see what is going on. My dealership technician has no clue what is up. He has opened up a ticket for technical support, and they closed the case.

UConnect is quirky. I auto renew by my credit card every month. Every few months, it doesn't auto renew, and when I go into the app, it tells me there is "no active subscription". Happened again this morning, and I had to call and go through the whole process again. The rep on the phone, while a very nice woman, had no explanation for why this happens. Annoying to say the least. I only subscribe to UConnect in the Ram.
