I have a 2014 sport with the 8.4.all research i can find claims the ram app works for this truck but when I downloaded the app all I get is my service center.no options for door lock/unlock,start/stop,vehicle health reports etc.just wondering if my research led me in the wrong direction or is there something I'm doing wrong.lol

I believe the services are no longer accessible with the built in aircard for the older radios (3G card). It requires a 4G dongle which I here is hit or miss on function...
