I was on a call and hung up, shut the ignition off and when I opened the door the radio didn’t shut off, I pressed the power button and message said I couldn’t shut radio off while connected to phone. See attached picture of the message.
First time this happened I disconnected
my phone from the truck, shut Bluetooth off and rest the settings. Radio continued to play. Only way to shut it off was to disconnect battery.
Well it happened again today and I’m curious if anyone else having this issue. I’m calling dealership on Monday.
