UConnect Radio Issues

Hey folks, so here's the skinny. I have a 2014 RAM 1500 Big Horn. About 4-5 days ago, out of the blue, my UConnect 3(5") radio wasn't on. I thought I had accidentally turned it off but after trying to turn it on, screen is black. Nothing. After reading online, I'm learning this isn't uncommon. Just looking for suggestions for those who know about of have experienced this. I'm really hoping it's not a dead radio but I know that's a possibility.

Have you figured out whats wrong with it? I have a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7 and just had the same problem.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery negative terminals overnight?
