I was thinking it's for when the wife starts
getting annoyed for no apparent reason, you
just flip it to make her start giggling.....

BTW, Have you flipped the switch to see if you can see anything change, Look at the lights, also try starting the truck when switched.
We can't tell, you will have to figure it out.
Looks like a light duty double throw switch, simple light , amp switch would be s single , just 2 wires ,not 3.
Any aftermarket radio speakers in the truck? different lights?
Exhaust cut out ?

Looks like a light duty double throw switch, simple light , amp switch would be s single , just 2 wires ,not 3.

It's hard to see as presented, but zooming in a bit, it does look like a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) with 3 wires. Not that this provides any further assistance, although chances are, it's more than a simple on/off, such as a seat stimulator as previously suggested.

Maybe it changes the dome light from normal to a mood light for mobile encounters. :cool:

I'm a little surprised that nobody suggested flipping the switch and see what happens.
