I have a '09 Quad Cab 6.5ft bed and I'm looking for a used cap to build out for boondocking and I was wondering if, by any insane possibility, theres a different make and model truck cap that might fit my truck. I'm finding nothing online that says so. In fact, I took measurements of my bed and compared them to the caps that my local used dealership has (about ten different caps) and they SEEM like some would fit but cant be sure until loading one up. I have found little Dodge-specific idiosyncrasies, like the curve at the front of the bed, that kind of indicate what the right cap should look like but still, until I physically fit one (I'm just one man, tough to do alone) I wont know. Anybody got any ideas? I'm new to this forum so I hope to learn a lot here. Thanks!
