After new dash installation, Heater core & evaporator, my ac was only blowing out of the defrost area. I charged the system and added R134a this weekend. I replaced all check valves and AC was still blowing from defrost vents. I went on line and ordered new 3mm HVAC tubing. I figured during the reinstallation of the HVAC box that the black tubing(HVAC from the firewall) must have gotten messed up. So is was not going to tear down the whole dash again. I decided to bypass it with the new tubing and it works like a champ.
