Upgraded from Challenger to RAM 1500

Hey everyone, I’m a new truck owner from having cars my whole life. Got my 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn 6 days ago. Anyone have any recommendations in the performance realm please feel free to educate me!

Welcome and expound a little, OP...when you say you upgraded, I assume you went from a V6 Chally to a 5.7 1500? If so, the sky's the limit for mods on the latter...the Pentastar Ram, while a capable truck, has fewer performance add-ons.

Yessir that is correct. I had a 2013 challenger SXT, so it was the 3.6L V6 and my Ram is the 5.7L

I too just changed from a challenger to a ram. My challenger was an r/t but still a totally different animal. My challenger sat low in the weeds. Don’t worry about trying to make the truck fast or handle like the chally... just enjoy being able to run stuff over now. Do truck stuff!
