Upper glove compartment door

Does anyone know what trim levels these originally came on? I've got an express and am thinking about looking in a few local salvage yards for a good one. It'd make it a little easier to locate if I knew what trim levels they were on to begin with.

My sport came with the door if that helps.

I think SLT, bighorn then rebel, sport, laramie. They didn't come on the tradesman or the express. There were diffent interior colors too.
