USB Thumb Drive use on 2025 Ram

Hello everyone, this is the first Forum I have signed up for, but I am so confused and disappointed as to why my new 2025 Ram will not read the music on my USB memory stick.
My 2020 Ram worked perfectly.
Can anyone please give me “The-secret-hand-shake” so I can simply plug in my USM and listen to my music?

How big is the USB drive? Brand?, What format?

Can't say for sure on a 2025, but earlier trucks only supported fat32 up to about 32gb, maybe 64gb, which I can confirm works in my 22 1500 DT (SanDisk 32gb, fat32 with Mp3s)

I've found that loading up the music with folders does not work very well. For some reason the head unit programming has a hard time recognizing folders as a valid file type.

I load music files only, I don't load folders, and I use a FLAC or MP3 file type.

I use a 128gb PNY USB stick formatted in FAT32 and I have approximately 92gb loaded on the USB.

Wat is the format/file extension on music. Get new UsB convert all music files to mp3 on new usb but not in folders and try. I would start with 32g stick.
Format to NTFS.

Just like posts 2 and 3 suggest. Report back on progress.
