"User limits who may see their profile"

When trying to go to someone's page to look at some past comments. Does that mean they have me blocked in particular or do they just limit everyone? Just curious.

My bad/confusion, I can click on "posts" and see that list (which is what I was initially trying to find). It's when I just click on their name to look at their profile that I see this. I was just wondering if this was indicative of being on someone's ignore list.

Out of curiosity I tried the same thing on your profile and got the same message when I clicked on "Latest Activity". But when I clicked on "Posts" I could see a long list/history of your posts. Weird.
