Hey guys just thought I would let you know I purchased a E-fan off eBay for
a 2013 ram 1500 hemi. Been a lot of talk about the price $80 is cheap and its plug and play :) the company is automotive-cooling. The fit was perfect and has the holder for the rad hose
Has anyone rerouted the rad hose to let's say underneath to clean up the bay a little

Nice tip!!!!! Thanks

So does this also delete the AC fan or do you leave that in place and just take out the clutch fan? And according to the eBay site this will not fit a 2013 but you're saying it does?

The ac fan comes off
it says 2009 to 2012 but fit perfect on and 2013 5.7l and plugs in no problem
All I used to get the clutch fan off was a screw driver and a pipe wrench
So easy I thought I was doing something wrong

There are many aftermarket fans made for these trucks you need the 09-12 v6 efan. Amazon has them for about the same price . These are reproductions of the oem. Many have posted in past that cheaper fans are unbalanced and have been louder and or have caused vibrations. The OEM fan is about $375 wholesale. So I am not sure of quality of different manufacturers but these fans range from about $100-$475 in pricing depends where you shop. I got an oem unit for $375 but my local dealer wanted $475. :roflsquared:

Do all the TYC 622320 fans cause vibrations? Mine just came in and now I am finding posts where people are having really bad vibrations which I surely don't want. Anyone tried to balance one?

I'm going to order a Dorman oem replacement. I have used them in the past and they work flawlessly.

Unit sure, some have posted problems and others have had success with tyc 3220, I had it ordered from Amazon for $99 but canceled and bought the oem unit just to be safe, these fans run a lot on and off, over the past 3 weeks mine has cycled numerous times and it hasn't broke 70 degrees in CT. But I will say this the oem fan is super quiet and no vibration at all. Sometimes I really have to listen for it. Great mod though glad I did it.
