Vent removal

I can get the drivers side out, but can't seem to get the passenger one out, I assumed it just popped out like the drivers one, am I just not pulling hard enough?

bump, anybody know? I have never had to take them out to know

I ends up getting them out, one of the prongs was stuck, we just used a screwdriver to push it in and it let go

looks good did the same to mine but i went underneath the glove box and poped it out from behind
