I'd check the tires again and this time have them road force balanced vs. just a spin balance. I've run into this very same issue several times.

Good luck!

What brand name 10-ply did you go with?

Some are better than others.

I once had a set (4) Goodyear tires that had shifted belts. On the balancer, they were good but on the road, scary. When we broke them off the wheels, they almost tied themselves into a knot.
According to Goodyear, they never made a "bad" tire but, I'll wager that they sold a few!

What I have found as a good easy test for a shifted belt in a front tire is to find a smooth parking lot on an early Sunday morning, driver the vehicle at a SLOW speed, LESS THAN 5 MPH. With your hands off the wheel, but close, watch to see if the steering wheel shows a slight "waddle." If it does, it is pretty much a given that there is a bad tire on the front.

Good-For-A-Year tires are pretty much known for being garbage ;)
Look at the stock crap RSA stuff they put on our 1500 trucks as it is.

I went Michelin LTX M/S in LT295/65R20 E-Range for my summer set up and they are amazing tires that took virtually zero weight to balance out on a road force balancer.

I'm running TOYO Open Country on the truck and TOYO (I forget which model) on the van. I run TOYO studded in the winter.
Could say that I am partial to TOYO.
