Voice Recognition Command Button and Call Button not working with Aftermarket Pioneer

2020 1500 Classic V6. Aftermarket Pioneer DMH-W4600NEX.
I bought the truck with the stereo already installed.
The voice recognition and call button doesn't do anything when pressed.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

They probably didn't use the an interface or it has wigged out.google idea link maestro.or install a 8.4 inch factory radio

Thank you for your reply! Yes after hours of internet scrolling I have determined I do need an adapter called the IDatalink SW Steering Wheel Control Adapter.
