Put volume at 10 for example, volume is fine. Shut truck off for few minutes, volume untouched, can’t hear it. Switch from fm to am and back to fm, volume fine. Software checked and up to date.

How do you have your setting set for volume?
There is a setting that adjusts volume automatically depending on your speed to compensate for road noise.

Setting set at 3. Software is up to date. Reset radio to default and reinstalled personal items. No change.
