Anyone ever use the Chrysler online Vehicle Online Tracker? Does it work?

Ive been trying to use it this morning to check my order but get nothing from it.

I know my order is in - I have a VIN and a VON. But that online deal wont do a single thing for me.

I have been trying to figure out the same thing....VOTS does not work and no one seems to know of another way to check status. Waiting on mine as well.

VOTS site is "under construction" 'til the cows come home. You can chat or phone customer service with your VIN, or you can pester your dealer. I did a little of both LOL

I did both, no data available. :crazy:

How long ago did you use that online system?

The online system never worked for me, but I was always able to open a chat window with Customer Service and get an update, or call in for same. The dealer was also quick to get me updates when requested.

My truck went D1 on 12/13, and got off the rail approx 1/15.

Gotcha. I did that same chat thing and the person on the other end couldnt get any info either. :boxed:

My salesman gets updates somehow and emails them to me. Maybe call your salesman and ask him if he has a way to get info for you.

I wouldn't really on that too much either. The sales manager involved in my transaction gave me a printout on Wed showing my truck was in D1 and scheduled to be shipped today. I sold my old truck yesterday. Today he tells me it is in paint status and scheduled to be loaded on the train on the 11th and be delivered to Dallas on the 21st. Huge difference!

He offered a loaner truck, but not until this Fri so that still leaves me without a vehicle for four more days.
