I ordered a 2024 Laramie 1500 six weeks ago after the strike began. Two days ago, Received an email from Ram that production on my truck had begun. Yesterday I got notification that it had been produced and shipped from Sterling Heights, Mi!
Most everyone knew that an agreement with the UAW had been reached at the end of Oct, but I hadn't seen anything about a vote at this plant. Much surprised that they are obviously open for business, and producing recently ordered trucks. Plant workers now making $30 per Hour. I guess price increases are next.
Working with Mark Dodge, my $72k msrp comes down to an incredible $58k after discounts and rebates. (no connection to Mark, except a customer)
Maybe time to order yours.
