Took 2017 ram to dealer today for exhaust leak. Vehicle was hot by the time I got there. Dealer said no leak was found and was charged 140.00. Vehicle is still under warranty. What a rip off

Read the fine print ,oh never trust a dealer either . They are known to lie .

And they try to sell me a extended warranty, I don't think so.

Did you tell them it was a cold leak?
I had my header bolts replaced for a cold start tick. I told them it was only on immediate startup and disappeared by the time I walk to the truck from remote start. They kept the truck overnight, and parked it knowing that they had to check it right away. No arguments, they just did it under the MaxCare Lifetime warranty.
