Buddy with identical truck (1 digit difference) went to change front door speakers and both doors inside were wet. Any ideas? Wet inside doors is a typical. Concerned its both sides front doors. Rear were dry.

Thanks gents

Generally what I found on mine is, at the bottom of the door there is a seal AND your door drains. On a hot day, I had that seal stick to the door and seal off the drain holes (I did have rustproofing done). I cleaned the seal with carb cleaner and put some silicone gel on them and it never happened again.
Mine actually had enough water in them, that you could hear it if you moved the door.
Side note - rear doors seldom get used and truck sits for weeks on end so the seals were tight against the door the entire time.

I may have trimmed the seals a bit to allow water to flow out with even with the door seal pushed tight.

Not on my Rams, but on other vehicles, both car & truck
I opened up the drain holes just a bit

On my ex 1956 Chevy 1/2 ton, I gutted the doors, checked for layers of rust & i expected to see more rust, but that truck lived in the desert from the time it was brand new.
I did some brushing, drilled the holes larger & used some real good rust stop on the bottom 1/3 of the inner door.
I had that 1956 Chevy from 1971 to 2009, i wish i had kept it.
