Picked up some fender flares from a coworker that match my paint. They have a few decent scratches on them. Any ideas on a good wax or way to hide them a bit?

For over 20 years now I've used Groits wax, polishers, etc. You can ask them the same question too. They'll help fairly well.

Their products are pricey, but worth it. You can find a few of their products at autozone.

I don't know of anything that will fill in scratches besides touch up paint. The best you can hope is to temporarily fill in light swirls.

Hard to tell what a "decent" scratch is. If you drag you fingernail over it will it catch on the scratch? If not you can probably work it out. If it will catch on the scratch---repaint or touch up as has been suggested. Waxes that are designed to fill swirls and scratches doesn't last very long.
