First time Ram owner (21 Hemi Longhorn). My blower motor output is dismal. Changed cabin air filter... no improvement. Living in the Phoenix area this makes for a brutal upcoming summer season. When I inquire to AI or Google im told that this is a known issue for the Gen 5. That Ram was trying to minimize the blower noise by limiting the blower RPM. Noise is not a concern when your cabin temp is 130°. If this is true im hoping someone has figured out an aftermarket retrofit to remedy the problem. Can anyone shed some knowledge on this problem?

I've read post saying to not use a Hepa cabin filter as its to restrictive for good air flow
