Do you have any Blue Painters Tape ?

If you do, run a tape line covering the Mirror seams
Then drive around & see if the noise is gone

You can also run the same tape along the leading edge of the drivers door, if the mirror was not the cause of the noise

More common to have that noise than it is to not have it. On my 16, it is worse depending on the wind outside.
True folding in the mirrors will make it go away, but that also disturbs the airflow around the door, so I don't know if it is actually the mirror or not. I haven't successfully found it, but don't look for it often either.

My 2016 with power folding mirrors has wind noise on the driver’s side—never checked the passenger side. It’s worse when there’s a side wind or quartering headwind, and always improves or disappears when the mirrors are folded in. I’ve been planning on doing some testing with painter’s tape to try and pinpoint the source…

best,

I had a 14 Sport and then 17 longhorn. Both of them had wind noise. Drivers door worse. Tried EVERYTHING. New seals, foam tape, etc.
I even remembered a trick from a long time ago and older cars; feeding a piece of flexible hose into the seal itself, like the stuff for fish tank pumps or washer pumps. That didn’t work either. Tried the blue painters tape. In the end, I just gave up and lived with it!
I do recall I also thought it was coming from the rear of the front wing inside the front of the door shut. There is no metal to the rear of the wing there, the gap is sealed with a foam filler piece……….have a look. Open your front doors and look inside the shut towards the front wing joint. Mine was out of place quite a lot ( although it didn’t cure it, lol.

OP, Well then, I suppose you will need to try the suggestions on here. The foam wing inserts, painters tape, bank note between seals and doors, see if they are effective. Even that suggestion of mine with the hose does sometimes work for a dodgy seal.
