Weird turn signal issue

So I have a strange issue I can not figure out, all my lights are good all work the left turn signals blink normal speed however the right is hyper flashing. I have leds with resisters been working fine for a couple years and even tried replacing the resisters same outcome. Tried regular lights as well. However if I use the hazard lights they both blink the slow normal speed. I chased wires didn’t see any issues. I even tried running a wire from the ground wires straight to the battery

Are the lights actually working? A fast blink normally indicates a bulb out, or the BCM thinking there's a bulb out.

All lights working, all led switched and flipped between both lights same outcome

Like I stated even tried regular non led bulbs to the same outcome
