Hi guys!

I own a 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie and I wanted to add some extra lights on the front, I was thinking maybe some of those KC's with LED's in them.

Anyway, I have a black Ram with a chrome bumper, chrome grill, chrome mirrors, door handles etc..

So I thougth the Westin Automotive Off Road Lightbar (part number 37-02580) would be a great choice, because it mounts togheter with the towing hooks.. Allowing them to be inplace, without having to force me to drill in the truck.. And because the arms are so thin, it shouldn't effect the parking sensors much.

But I read a lot of reviews that this lightbar seems to break off? Like.. Litteraly snap in the welds..

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this lightbar system? I really liked it because I think it can look good on my truck, it works with parking sensors and it allows the tow hooks to remain inplace.. And it's a drill-free install.

Thanks for advice!

I live in Norway, so those kind of bars aren't legal here..

If you have front parking sensors that bar will interfere with them and make them sound off

Yes, but it does add an aux. visual and audible sensor. (Slight bump sound followed by small movement fwd of vehicle you are parking behind) :) I'll shutup.
