What are people doing for rock chips on their Power Wagon front bumpers?

So I've owned this truck since December and of course it's almost impossible to go over a used vehicle with a fine tooth comb at the dealer. It's used so you shouldn't get overly picky. Anyways it's getting warmer and now I'm finding all the nit picky stuff. There are several small rock chips in the front bumper. What is everyone doing to either fix or mitigate this problem. I'm guessing the clear film won't work well since there is a fine texture to our front bumpers.

Dealer sells mopar paint in a spray can. They can get the right match off your vin. For the minor upcharge vs duplicolor you get a better match and it's not like you need much.

I've just being using a paint pen from automotive touch up. You send them your vin and they'll color match it. I bought the primer and clear coat pen as well. The color for mine was spot on. It's not 100% perfect, if you go up close to it you can see that they were touched up but it looks a lot better than before with pain missing. My next truck if I buy new I'll be getting the clear bra to go over my front bumper and hood.

Exactly. Everyone else seemed to miss it. I personally can’t help, I replaced my bumper, that’s how I fixed it lol

My 2018 has 27,500 miles and no chips in powder coat. I’m not on a lot of rocks though. Either pavement or mud

That’s the downside of powder. Personally I’ll just get a paint pen with something close and call it a day.

A couple days ago I got a little curb rash on my Tradesman powder coated front bumper, bottom right corner (an unusually tall curb in an In 'n Out burger drive-thru). I just used a little touch up paint to cover it. You can see it but you have to really look, and I mainly just wanted to stop any rust and keep it from peeling and making a much larger area.

I sanded it a little bit, masked off a small area, and used some Dupli-Color flat black auto trim spray paint I already had. In the picture you can really notice it, but if you're just walking by the truck you'd never even see it. I mean heck, it's a truck bumper

Speaking of AEV they sell a textured black touch up spray can for their powder coated bumpers. Not sure if this matches the black and texture of our PW bumpers but may be worth a try.

SO they have several colors listed. Heres the list......any idea if any of these match our bumpers? I guess I wouldn't call it black but I wouldn't call it gray either. AEV didn't seem to have an idea which is stupid because they only sell **** for like 5 vehicles.

Anyways the list of colors they have:

Black - JK Front Bumper
Gunmetal - RAM 1500 Skid Plate
Silver Textured - Standard Bison Front Bumper Center
Satin Black - Bison Skid Plates
Anthracite - Bison Front and Rear Bumpers
Satin Onyx - 20th Anniversary Bumpers

Any ideas??? I'm guessing no on the silver textured or the Gunmetal.

If I had Power Wagon, and used it like it was meant too, I'd armor the front and rear bumpers with bed-coating material.

I have a Mopar correction paint for the correct color, then purchased a Loew-Cornell fine line painting pen as this is the best way to fill the chips. Then I use a sheet of Xpel (self-healing protective film) to keep it looking good.

Best to put clear bra (3M, Expel, etc.)over these painted front bumpers for protection.

I bought my Laramie Sport new and the dealer gave me one of those color match paint pens for free...
