Finally pulled the trigger on longtubes. As with any product there's a ton of mixed reviews. One person says they're great while another doesn't have a single good thing to say about them. So I rolled the dice and got these instead of the ARH seeing as these were just under a grand from Moe's verse almost $1900 for the ARH. We'll see how they look and fit and hope for the best. Also got an email out to Hemifever for some tuning help I've had an unlocked PCM and trinity for a while but I got them used so I still need to send them in for vin correction.

Acquired an Amp Bed extender the other day. Wasn't really looking for one, but at $100.... what the hell. Installed it today, and already like it and can see the usefulness of it as well, particularly keeping the contents in the bed between the tailgate when closed and not sliding around :waytogo:

Put on Falken Wildpeaks AT3 in 275/60/20. Also added replica 2500 fender flares unpainted. This is with a 2.5” maxtrac front level (spring and shock)s. 100 degrees out, so next up, new headlights!

Got the headlights on. Alpharex replicas. Also put my OEM grill back on just for a change. Here’s a before and after83598AAC-2A10-4CAF-B3A1-30AA32AEE489.jpeg29722FCA-6180-4DB2-809A-0849A69A3997.jpeg

Its stayed fairly clean as we have been on vacation most of the month. I just detailed her and attempted to fix the Navi on it.Installed a new antenna and nothing. Its really throwing me why its not working. I am not sure how to work with the my gig stuff. I am used to Uconnect, but It shows the icon, but nothing. I am going to post over in the audio section to see if I can get any hits on help. I

What you gonna do with the other grill?
Hang on to it, swap em out when I’m bored with one look or the other. Also, it was a gift from the wife and mounting those RAM letters was a huge PITA (aftermarket grill with no mounting tabs)

Installed my sidetracked off road LED fog light cubes today. I have to wait until the sun goes down to aim them properly and see how the light output is.

Hooked up the 5th wheel and took it for a spin to put some rotation on the camper tires. Then parked it to move it away from the garage so whenever the $$$ comes in to fix the roof and siding from the hail storm the contractors will have room.

Did it knock holes in it?

Oh wow. Thats some damage. We had some bad damage like that this year. I was going to see if I could help with a suggestion to fix it, but you are right its a total replacement.

Painted my rear bumper black. I already did the front bumper about a month ago. One step closer to no more chrome. 476024F3-2513-48AA-9B5E-C06662DD1E18.jpeg

Also ordered my leveling kit, wheels, and tires. I wanted to do Bilstein 5100s, but they’re backordered everywhere. I’ll do a spacer lift for now and upgrade once things become available again.

ready replaced the vent covers, some light covers nut the ac is going to be the $$$. Waiting on the insurance to see what happens. I know it's a total (NADAs at $2600), but hopefully enough to cover an AC. Bought a bigger gen for it and the house incase we loose power again for 35 hrs like we did last winter.

New turn signal/puddle lamps on the mirrors. We had a kamikaze bird literally destroy the passenger unit a few days ago. I ordered a pair of new ones off Amazon intending only to replace the broken passenger side but, once I compared the new to the old (see pics), I knew I had to do the driver's side, too.

Also installed a backup cam (my 2012 Big Horn never came with one) with monitor. The monitor is temporary until I replace my stereo which has a video-in function for a camera feed. I had installed a backup cam a few years ago but was doing a separate in-dash project a few months later and I snapped the video jack inside the stereo. Just wasn't ready to pay hundreds of dollars to replace a perfectly good system just for that.
