Congratulations on the dedication to one person. Really a shame how people nowadays decide to just throw in the hat when things get rough, and start over with someone new.42 years with the same wife. I know who the boss is here- just like at your house. Was just kidding.
Sometimes you do get what you pay for and sometimes a supper cheep price means a lesser product .... Personally I wouldn't cheep out when it comes to the lubricants in my 30-50k truck .Anyone here think negatively about naps full synthetic? It's on sale for $2.99 a quart vs $10.7 for amsoil. Debating if I should stock up on oil changes( like two more changes which is one change a year). Opinions?

It is made by the same company who makes valvoline. It is pretty much identical to syn power. I think people on here like to over think all of this stuff. They come from the factory with plain conventional oil and plenty of people make it to 200k with that oil. Anything above that you gain a warm and fuzzy feeling. Does the more expensive stuff protect better? Sure! But if conventional protects just fine to me spending $12 per quart is overkill for 99% of people.Anyone here think negatively about naps full synthetic? True, but considering you can go that long on the cheaper oil it is a mute point. My wife's grand cherokee gets a oil change every 10k per the indicator which assumes conventional is in it. I either run penzoil ultra or Mobil one but the jeep still assumes Dino oil is in it.It's really not that much cheeper if your changing the cheeper ( still good oil) every 3 k as opposed to 10 -12 k for a Great oil.
Tonight the wife and I were playing around with my brights out in the country. They are so bright.
