I think I saw that on my list of features, but haven't figured out (haven't tried) where it is yet.

I don’t really see how 18’s provide any smoother ride than the 20’s. Now, those new 22’s- I could see a little bit of ride-sacrifice with those but even though I do think the 18’s look a little better, I feel a lot better stability from the 20’s, at least over the 16’s that was on my 98 halfton.

I can definitively say theres a major difference in ride quality........our 15 suburban had 20's, and our new 19 Escalade has 22's and a better magnetic suspension and its a HUGE difference....the 22's feel every little bump in the road...

now onto my truck, my 2009 had 20's, and compared to the 18's on my '20 Rebel (even inflated to 60 up front and 50 in rear) feels WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY more smooth than the 20's did, especially over choppy pothole filled roads

Well maybe they do on older trucks, and maybe 18’s would’ve loosened up the suspension on my old 08 I had but with the air ride on my 18, it’s like I get to have my cake and eat it too because with the Michelin Defender tires, I get about as smooth of a ride as you can expect out of a half-ton pickup and I get much better handling and steering response from the bigger-wheel/shorter sidewall combo.

Don't even have 200 miles yet:

IMG_7624.jpg

OK disllikes:

The only thing I would say I dislike is that The 12' screen and dash area are WAY too dim when set to auto......soon as the headlights come on at dusk, they go extremely dim. So I turn the dial up to max and they go OVER THE TOP BRIGHT!! Theres a huge leap in brightness from max brightness to just one click down to auto.....

so what I did to solve this was set the screen to manual brightness and it finds a happy medium.....problem is my instrument cluster still follows the super dim brightness level.....does anyone else notice this??

Also, crawling up under it, I can tell removing the oil filter will be a HUGE PITA!!!

As far as your screen brightness goes, you should be able to fine tune all that within your Uconnect settings.

The oil filter- yes, it appears as though it’s still in the same ****** spot as it always has been in but it’s not the end of the world. If you plan to do your own oil changes, just get you a set of ramps[if you don’t already have a set] and drive the front if your truck up on there. Believe me, it makes a world of difference. I’m 6-foot tall and I can sit cross-legged under the engine fan with plenty of room to slide my custom made Tupperware dish on top of the front axle under the filter and change it without hardly a drop of oil spilled. If that Rebel has air suspension(like my Limited does), raising it to the highest off-road setting helps as well. Or, you could just invest in an oil filter relocation kit.

But word of the wise though- they say that oil filter has been spun on pretty tight from the factory robot so ya might wanna consider having the dealer do the first service.

Hmm. Well, the only difference between the 08 I had, and the new 18 I have, is there’s a lot more of an air dam on the front bumper of my new truck than there was on my old truck but nonetheless, I can still squeeze my fat ass under there just as easy. Lol. But I will say, airing that air suspension up to off-road 2 mode really helps. lol.

1. Defrost always on, fogs windsheild often. So dangerous!
2. Small gas tank 23 gallons. I tow everyday and have a 2019 crew cab hemi with a 3.92 gear. I have to fill up every two days. So annoying!
3. AC blows 10 degrees hotter at the driver side. The passenger side blows colder. I do not have a passenger temp control. Single control only. So annoying and hot during the summer!
4. Five seater even though its a big horn. Kinda wish I had a six seater. And you can't convert the truck because the five seater is a load flat floor. The six seaters have a hump in the floor. Center console becomes a trash bin. So disgusting!
5. Dash layout is not as functional as the last generation. I had a 15 and 17 Ram and was super happy with the inside. Like the ac vents are not easy to point at yourself on my 19. The old generation was way easlier to direct air. So annoying!
6. To expensive. So dissappointed!
7. Wasn't designed with workers in mind. Tradesman features are none existent. Use to have spray in bedliner standard on tradesman trucks. And standard rear wheel liners. So disappointed!

Going to get rid of this truck asap! Going back to a classic Ram hopefully. If not I will just walk.

Then get it fixed! Your defrost should not be on all the time.

Did you buy this truck knowing you’d be towing everyday? If so.... you got one with the smaller tank.... why? Did you buy this truck brand new?

I live in Oklahoma and I wouldn’t think 10 degrees would matter a whole lot, especially if your AC is blowing pretty cold anyways but if it’s that big of an issue, get it fixed.

Ok, I guess I’m not exactly following you but are you saying you have the front buckets with the big center console? If you knew you needed one with the front bench, then why didn’t you get one?

Center console becomes a trash bin. So disgusting!
Not if you clean it and keep it clean.

Can’t really touch on this one but considering the size of the fuel tank, seating for 5 instead of six- kinda starting to sound like you shouldn’t have bought this truck.

Um...

Maybe you should. Life’s too ******’ short to be that unhappy, geez.

I cant figure out why he would buy that truck when visually he could see it wasn't what he wanted. Maybe he didn't know what he wanted.

Not having a bed-liner or line-x come standard is a plus. I much prefer being able to easily slide things around.

Rolled over 50000kms the other day...
Major complaints: None, so far.
Minor gripes: No rear 12v power outlet (so I made my own). Would be nice to have a 50gal tank option (nothing aftermarket in bigger gas tanks yet). The oil filter location (I’m 2 for 4 in not making a mess with the ziploc bag trick).
